About this event
Weekly swim workout with Coach Alex. Please register! And contact the coach if this is your first swim with SVTC. The workout is usually around 2500 yards, but will be adjusted for your skill level.
Required equipment: swimsuit, goggles, and swim cap
Optional recommended equipment: pull buoy, paddles, fins
Please be able to swim at least 25 yards (1 length) nonstop.
If you can arrive 5-15 minutes earlier we can setup the pool faster :D
Note: There will be NO locker room access at the pool. There is a public bathroom available to change if needed.
