Meet at the far end of the pool after walking through the gates.

The workout is usually around 2500 yards, but will be adjusted for your skill level.
Required equipment: swimsuit, goggles, and swim cap
Optional recommended equipment: pull buoy, paddles, fins
Please be able to swim at least 25 yards (1 length) nonstop. This workout is in the deep end (7+ feet depth)!

Fremont High School has a separate parking lot for the pool. Please only park in the pool parking area (not staff parking). Use this address to find that lot: 1283 Sunnyvale Saratoga Rd, Sunnyvale, CA 94087

There are locker rooms with showers available at FHS! Please be courteous to the other pool and locker room users.

We go up to Foothill Park through the Los Altos Hills, route is about 20mi and 2,000ft of climbing. Bring front and back lights for safety around sunset, and please obey all traffic laws.
