Meet at the far end of the pool after walking through the gates.

The workout is usually around 2500 yards, but will be adjusted for your skill level.
Required equipment: swimsuit, goggles, and swim cap
Optional recommended equipment: pull buoy, paddles, fins
Please be able to swim at least 25 yards (1 length) nonstop. This workout is in the deep end (7+ feet depth)!

Fremont High School has a separate parking lot for the pool. Please only park in the pool parking area (not staff parking). Use this address to find that lot: 1283 Sunnyvale Saratoga Rd, Sunnyvale, CA 94087

There are locker rooms with showers available at FHS! Please be courteous to the other pool and locker room users.
