Speakers: Our monthly meeting tonight will feature a panel of several Bay Area athletes who competed at the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship race in St. George Utah on 9/18. These athletes will share their thoughts and impressions about the race, the course, the venue, race organization, support, etc before individually talking about each of their races.  We'll hear about their race prep, strategy, what worked, what didn't work, nutrition, dealing with issues on race day like the crazy wind, rain and hail, and share some lessons learned. Join us and hear  how they got through that challenging day.

The IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship race will stay at St. George  for 2022. If you are hoping to qualify for that race you'll want to tune in to hear about the venue and course.
