Come out and get your best effort 10K time for the year. A good way to gauge your run speed progress through many hard track workout that Bernardo trained us through.

This route is all pavement except for 100 yard or so when you cross a parking lot which is on gravel dirt.  And this is flatter than the real route. But there are a few tricky turns.  I do advice that you go and pre-view this course on a nice day just to get the somewhat tricky turns and running thru parking lots correctly. 

Signing up is Optional. We do encourage everyone to donate to the local Charities in whatever way or form. Signing up do come with a very nice long sleeve run shirt.

We'll meetup at 8:30AM, then some warmup around the block and our normal group stretch. Race on at 9:00AM.  We'll go in many waves as we don't want too many people on the path at the same time.
