"What Do Bike Fitting and Ocean Sailing Have in Common?"
Coach Alex Kang, SVTC's swim coach extraordinaire and an F.I.S.T. Certified Bike Fitter, might have the answer for us tonight. Come to the club meeting to find out!
Bike Fitting: Why do I need a bike fitting? When? How often? What are the different types of bike fittings? What makes one tri-fit methodology better than another? When I get my fitting, how can I help the bike fitter do his/her job? Come with questions; Alex has the answers and will give a brief demo.
Ocean Sailing: Alex will share some tales and answer questions about his recent adventure crossing the South Pacific from French Polynesia to Chile. It sounds lovely but you might want to bring some dramamine with you.
