Certified Bike Fitter, might have the answer for us tonight. Come to the club meeting to find out! Bike Fitting: Why do I need a bike fitting? When? How often? What are the different types of bike fittings? What makes one tri-fit methodology better than another? When I get my fitting, how can I help the bike fitter do his/her job? Come with questions; Alex has the answers and will give a brief demo. Ocean Sailing: Alex will share some tales and answer questions about his recent adventure crossing the South Pacific from French Polynesia to Chile.
